2. The Service

SleepMap provides an online questionnaire that generates informational sleep-related content for parents, personalized to the answers you provide, delivered as a digital plan and through a member dashboard on a subscription basis.

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid subscriptions.

3. Not medical advice

The Service provides general information and educational content only. It is NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the professional judgement of a qualified pediatrician or other healthcare provider.

Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified healthcare professional about your child's sleep, health, feeding, or development, and before acting on any information from the Service. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the Service.

If you believe your child has a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for parents and legal guardians; any information about a child must be submitted by that child's parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email account (used for sign-in links) secure.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (and, where offered, introductory or trial periods). Billing terms, renewal, and cancellation are described in our Subscription Policy (https://sleepmap.io/subscription-policy), which forms part of these Terms.

Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy (https://sleepmap.io/refund-policy), which forms part of these Terms and includes our 30-day money-back guarantee.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the Service — including plans, text, graphics, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Unicore Digital Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service content without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, submitting false information, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and do not guarantee any particular outcome, including any improvement in your child's sleep. Individual results vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (see the Subscription Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms; if we do so without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
